Not much has really happened with the whole accident thing. I did talk with a lawyer about it and found out that in Tennessee if there is some question about liability then it takes a unanimous jury to assign it. As the police report is not explicit I do not know if it will do me any good to sue. I did find out that with what my car is worth and the high deductible I will owe my insurance company about 250 dollars if I have to go thru them. As you can imagine I am not very happy about that. Different topic I am going to be moving in about a month. This will be the first time in my life that I have not actually had a roommate of any kind. This will make my life much simpler I think.

Cool your getting a place by yourself. I have never had a place by myself yet. I can't wait for that kind of freedom. I have alwasy been taken care of by someone..I'm tired of it. I'm tired of answering to someone when I'm 28 years old. No More...
