So my gf is moving to Portland in a week, and I won't see her for a long time. We both know that a long-distance relationship won't work and we already agreed to break it off beforehand. It's just so damn depressing.
I have to stay here to pursue my dreams. They are looking to be coming true already, and for that I am happy.
She is moving to Portland to pursue her dreams as well, and I only want the best for her. I am so happy for her.
When I think about it, this the best way to break up a relationship, when both of you are happy.

At least you are both pursuing your dreams/aspirations and thats what is important. And even better shes leaving on good terms, so you two can still talk, right?
You just gotta keep busy, you should become more active with the SGtex group, thats what has helped me through this. They're always getting together for neat events, and everyone is really cool.
Zephra and I are going to Austin tonight, to meet up with the Austinites for a singles V-Day celebration.
