it's been over a week since my last post and since my horror crash happened.

i am doing good, my arm isn't sore anymore, my swollen nose is as beautiful as it was before
i could have been killed or paralized... but my guardian angel took care of me.
yes it's a miracle that i had not severe injuries.

but i'm still not sure if my insurance is going to pay for the whole damage.
ok, the damage i did is paid:

there were 6 trees they had to fell,
about 500metres of the guard railing,
the cleaning of that part of the highway.

but they don't want to pay for my car. they say it was my fault, they don't believe that there was another car involved. they still examine my car and are looking for traces.

plus they want to pin drunkenness on me... i mean i had 2 beers within 4 hours and as the police did the alcohol test, i had little less than 0.3 promille, allowed is a maximum of 0.5 /00... what the hell are they talking about????

anyway, what i learned about insurance companies is: they suck and try to betray

luckily i'm not desperately in need to buy another car, i still have my old car, but the comfy jag is going to be missed terribly. and when the insurance pays, i try to get another one...
