HeidiMae, as a beautiful woman, do the weight lost for your own health. do small changes that you can live with for a long time. try 15lbs for the year. in case your work cuts into your workout tome. that allows for the holidays with family & friends. i persona;;y have been dropping, gaining, dropping again and add event more because of injuries. at this point of my life i need the help of a lap-band. do i want to do it this way. no, but it will help my knee out. at whatever weight you will be in the future. there are men who would be please to have you beside them.  as for working out at home. give me two weeks and i will get you about ten ideas. you can choice whats best for you. sweet dreams darling.

Christmas was driving, driving and more driving , all over new england. New Years was fun though friends booze good food etc :)

Stayed home but my mom came so got to see her as well as other family members that dropped by.  Stayed home New Years also. Plans got cancelled by a ice storm. But it was still a great holiday.
