good day today, for the most part. things were actually busy at work, so the day went by quickly. i've cut my cigarette consumption basically in half.

got to cut out a little early so i could get back in time to drop off the rent check.

and what was here waiting for me when i got in? the new Therapy? single courtesy of the always amazing Lee. the new song sounds alright on first listen. a bit poppy. i'm liking the new drummer. the CD has the video of the single on it, which prominently features Andy mugging for the camera -- not such a wise move as far as i'm concerned, since he's a rather ugly man these days.
