it's my own fault, i knew she was sick and i went and spent the weekend with her anyway. i mean, what would you have done?
now, of course, i've missed three days of work, and today's really the first day i've felt even remotely human. driving an hour and a half to get to the doctor's is NOT fun when you can't breathe. nothing like spending all that time inhaling exhaust.
if there's been anything positive to come of it (besides three days off), it's that i've barely smoked at all. i want to use this opportunity to kick it entirely. or, at the very least, eliminate a lot of the associations i have with it, the times i smoke just because it's what i do.
anyone out there managed to kick that habit?
