wednesday. larp sao and don chi sao drills have left me with a stabbing pain in my left shoulder. hopefully i won't sleep on it wrong tonight.

despite the multitude of crap in my life, things seem to get better day after day...i like that.

the photo is an actual scrabble draw that occurred during the playoffs last year. seems appropriate once again, as the Senators seem to need a little encouragement against the Devils.

and Anaheim is up 4-0 on Minnesota, which will put them up 3-0 in the series. goddammit.

You should be able to play that in the game don't you think? It's as viable a word as any other, and it's true.

After biking today two fingers on my left hand felt like they where asleep, for about 3 hours. I'm not to sure we will make a come back this series.
