I was doing a little internet research on Tlatelolco, the Mexico City square and massacre site that figures so prominently in my screenplay, "Bordertown." What do you think I find? Another movie about the Tlatelolco Massacre in production and scheduled for release next year! Check this out Tlatelolco film. And here I thought I was being so original.

People are always quick to accuse others of stealing ideas, but you know I've been thinking about this script for a year and, until a couple of days ago, I never heard anything about this movie. I swear sometimes, during any given period, there are certain ideas that are just "in the air."
