this week has sort of sucked
My hay fever has kicked in with a vengeance the last few days. Sneezing, swollen eyes & all that stuff. Thankfully its only tree pollen that affects me badly & that doesn't usually last that long.
My mp3 player has died a miserable death (dropping it may not have been a great idea
) so I've got to walk around listening to other people talking to me & birds singing & stuff 
I did go out for a great ride on monday at afan argoed. I rode the long skyline trail for the 1st time this year
but yesterday I managed to break another seatpost. Thats the 2nd one in 3 months, It wouldn't bother me if they didn't cost 60 each
& I only get 1 day off next week cos the boss is on holiday
