went to see COC in cardiff last night.
fucking awesome.
I think thats about the 10th time I've seen them (lost count over the years) The 1st time was back in 90 in Fresno
with Soungarden & Danzig which makes me feel seriously old 
Clutch sort of confirmed my opinions abut them. Some songs are amazing, others just seem to drag on endlessly.
Stinking Lizavetta seriously impressed me. Any band with an upright bass gets my respect straight away. Their jazz influence is definatly my sort of thing. I just love the obvious impov they were doing & the way they react off of each other which is something I've learned to appreciate in the last few years (sorry my sad muso tendencies are coming out now)
Off to see them again tonight in Exeter which I might record, I'll see what the venue is like 1st. Ididn't bother last night as the coal exchange is just to echo-y (is that a word!!!)
