I struggle with what to write in a blog. Cause I have no idea what interests other people. But hey ho, if anyone can give me any motivation for the gym and getting my fitness and flexibility back on track that'd be good. Give me your tips š ā¤ļø

I use to dance three days a week and loved it. And then got a new job and can never make it so it's kinda stumped me haha. Need a good alternative. But I agree. Routine is everything! ā¤ļø

Don't worry about what interests other people. Write about what interests YOU, then the people that are interested in that will come out of the woodwork.
