She was coughing up gizzards.
Her flesh was peeling in strange places.
There was a strange disharge.
And sharp pains everywhere.
She had bumps in her neck.
That hurt if you touched them.
And one in her armpit.
Turning black through the skin.
Her teeth were going bad.
She had lost a few in back.
When she smiled real big.
Which was rare.
You could see the gaping holes.
She smelled bad.
Even after a shower.
Like spoiled meat and asprin.
And sometimes copper.
She had cuts on her fingers.
When they started to heal.
She would just chew them open again.
Her hair was falling out.
Because everything she ate.
She would vomit back up again.
And her body looked like death.
But at least she had a cute boyfriend.
