We have one sick kitty on our hands...
Our little man Sid had not been acting like himself for awhile. I took him in and we did some initial testing and I brought him home. He began rapidly losing wieght and stopped eating so I took him back for a whole bloodwork panel. Something is up with his liver. It is either hepatic lipidosis, the feline version of hepetitis or cancer. We should know by the time he gets his ultrasound results back tomorrow. In the meantime, I have racked up almost a 600 dollar bill but I don't care. I am sooo glad I am working at a clinic again otherwise it would have cost us even more. I just want to make sure he is okay. Even if he does have something incurable, I refuse to put him down until I know first..
fuck.
fuck.
fuckit.
