Drifting in again to say "Hi!" Really sorry it's been so long. 
Not quite sure where all the time has gone although I guess I've been pretty busy. School holidays are here although not for much longer. Mind you, I don't appear to have any kids at the moment. They've been down in Brighton with my parents, came home and now have departed in opposite directions, I can't keep up. I suppose thats what it's like being the parent of teenagers, another step up the ladder of life until they leave home for good.
My back is much better although walking far can be a bit of a problem, I think I know most of the benches along Brighton and Hove seafront pretty well.
I declined an operation as the Dr didnt' think it would help much so what was the point? It's just a case of keeping moving really.
I started a diet but it rapidly deteriorated into a 'see food and eat it' diet as we've been out for so many meals recently. The problem is that a lot of veggie food contains too much cheese of various varieties and although I tried, it's difficult to avoid unless you go to a veggie restaurant, the topic of which involved lots of moans and groans. Still, I did discover some delicious fishcakes in Atlas in Brighton, I'll have to find a recipe.
I'll go before I bore you to death and my back sets.
