INCOMING RANT!!!!
I hate birthdays...
this year it means renewing my driver's licence for another 5 years. Guess what?! That's $75 I don't have. I'm only working one night a week (and it's not even 8 hours so I'm lucky that my boss is awesome and pays me for 8 regardless). I get about $160 NET/pay cheque every two weeks. Every two weeks I spend at minimum $80 on gas. That leaves $80 for smokes, school supplies, necessities like soap and shampoo and toothpaste and anything else that requires money. I also pay $49.92/month on my cell phone. Let's do some math here:
-$320/month NET INCOME
-minus $160 in gas
-minus $49.92 for cell phone
-minus $100 in smokes
-minus $30 for that drugstore shit I need...
-minus $67 for happy pills
-minus $100 in recreation (which most months I don't have...)
That all EQUALS: (NEGATIVE) -$182.92
My bank account is currently sitting at -$98.23, which means I only have a whole $1.77 left on my overdraft. I need at least $6 for transportation to my Internship tomorrow. Kill me now.
I bitch about money a lot... but fuck, I'm in school FULL TIME, plus I have to work these Internships to graduate (FOR FREE) also FULL TIME, I have no time to work at a PAYING JOB. I can't get student loans or OSAP because of my bad credit. These next few months are going to be total hell.
So yeah, this year for my birthday, I get a whole boat load of DEBT! Sweet! I probably won't even be able to afford to go out on my birthday next week. Sweet. Ah well. I'm gonna stop bitching now I guess.
In happy news, I started working on a new feature length script today... just for fun. I love writing so much. Maybe I can sell this script for some cash over the summer. That would be sweet-ass.
