grrrrrrr... I just went online to check my school schedule... and it's all fucked up. My program co-ordinator and I had a week long conversation about my electives in May (through emails) and I thought the whole issue was resolved. Apparently she completely forgot when registration time came around. I contacted her and I think she is int he process of fixing it... but man... I've had so many problems with administration in post-secondary schools.

They must really hate me. frown

Anyhoo... my fall classes look pretty sweet: I have my core classes which are: Independent Production Co-ordination, Film and Television Business Practices, and TV Workshop 2... then I have my three electives which are supposed to be Post Sound 1, Directing 1, and Production Management 1.

I'm excited. My last year (finally) of college! It took me so long to decide where I wanted to be career wise... but here I am, about 10 months away from being launched into my career. It's terrifying!

But yeah... I think I'm gonna go out tonight... but no drinking... puke

As for your schedule, dont take it personally - this stuff happens a lot. I remember when my sis had to send in an updated class rank to her school in NJ becasuse the result was about $2k in scholarships over 4 yrs and that was a real pain - I think we had to send them 3 copies of the transcript, there was trouble communicating, other BS. Colleges are disfunctional. Simple as that - stuff gets lost, people in administration dont do their work, etc.


Glad to hear youre pretty far into your education. It is scary for sure thinking that - but I've got a six year pharmacy program ahead of me so I dont have to think about that for a while.

Since you are in film school - You ever do video editing on a mac with final cut pro? Or are you on avid systems? Or are you on the cut-and-paste systems with real film? Those are fun sometimes too biggrin
