As for your schedule, dont take it personally - this stuff happens a lot. I remember when my sis had to send in an updated class rank to her school in NJ becasuse the result was about $2k in scholarships over 4 yrs and that was a real pain - I think we had to send them 3 copies of the transcript, there was trouble communicating, other BS. Colleges are disfunctional. Simple as that - stuff gets lost, people in administration dont do their work, etc.
Glad to hear youre pretty far into your education. It is scary for sure thinking that - but I've got a six year pharmacy program ahead of me so I dont have to think about that for a while.
Since you are in film school - You ever do video editing on a mac with final cut pro? Or are you on avid systems? Or are you on the cut-and-paste systems with real film? Those are fun sometimes too

Productivity, ah yes work. Sometiems its a hard thing to manage but for me I tend to do a lot of work really fast at once then slow down for a bit so it all averages out.
