First of all my trip to Arkansas was fun my daughter won the silver medal for sparring and a gold in patterns. So thats was fun. what a lonely time of year, my two daughters spent thanksgiving with their mother and they will be leaving to be with her during winter break.

So i'll be leaving for Arkansas this thursday evening and getting back on Sunday evening. This should be an interesting trip my daughter will be competing in her Taekwondo tournament so wish her luck. In april she will be testing for her 1st degree black belt. As for me everything is just the same, for some reason it seems like i have no social life....
