Oy. Time to update this thing, don't you think? I've just got to update for my,um, you know, legions of fans who are avid readers.
MY HOUSE IS CLEAN! I should take pictures, it happens maybe twice a year or so. I actually spent an entire hour on the bathroom alone. Gasp! This is in preparation for the impending visit of my dad and brother (who is 18). I hid the sex toys, porn and stripper shoes, since my pop is a conservative fella. It's not that I am afraid or embarrassed of these things, I just don't want to be nagged and nagged and.... sigh. He's not that bad really. Realisticly speaking, I don't know him all that well. We've never been close. My parents are divorced and have been for years. My dad and I aren't cold, but neither of us is the type to pick up the phone and call just to chat either. So, the three of us are in PDX for a few days, then it's off to British Columbia to hike Vancouver Island and see the sights. I've never been.
I am sad that I missed the annual PDX naked bike ride last night. I heard that there were over 600 cyclists. That's a lot of pairs of things. That's 1200 boobs! Fuck! I totally missed it. I had worked a double shift nursing a whiskey hangover and just could not move.
I drank too much whiskey on Thursday and Friday night. Thursday was Devil's Point with the crew. I adore strippers. Then Saturday was a metal show. Mmmmmmm....metal boys. I love them too. I love a hot man covered in sweat and tattoos. Okay, enough of that, I'm probably weirding you out.
The lover and I have planned a trek to Home Depot Land to procure stripper pole building materials. I just really need one in my house. I plan to start dancing when I get back from vacation. School is out for summer, and if I want to go back in the fall, this hussy needs some $$$$. I love shopping for the outfits, too, I must say.
My bestest of pals is moving to North Carolina on the 24th and truly I am trying really hard to not be so upset about it. I know it will hit pretty hard once I can't call her anymore and sing to her answering machine. I'm trying to make new friends, but I'm so picky and antisocial. If any PDX people want to make a habit of drinking with me on Wednesdays that might make the transition a little easier (that was our night).
So my profile picture is a really old one. I weigh about ten pounds less, my ear holes are bigger, and my hair is six inches longer. I really need to upload a lot of new pics.
