So frustrated right now. I just got off work about an hour ago and I still havnt let what happened at work go. There's this lady who's a thief and we know it(I havnt been able to catch her myself but others have) and she was recently banned from the store. So she comes in and I send my underling after her incase she steals and I proceed to try and find another person in the store to ID her so I can call the cops on her for Criminal Trespassing(I probably didn't need another ID to do it but I didn't want to be wrong). This lady comes in 3 times a week and returns stolen goods for money and I get called everytime so you'd think someone could ID her right? Wrong, she must be the luckiest person alive to have no other person in the store who knows what she looks like. On top of all that she probably got away with something stolen tonight as well as we lost track of her for a little while and things she was carrying she no longer was. So I basicly had two reasons to stop her and I couldn't act on ethier one because I wasn't sure. It's sooo frustrating to be so close and yet have to let them go.
