I'm good now. Reintroducing Happy Hormones back into my body has made a world of difference. It took about 3 days worth but I'm coming back around. Gawd-DAMM the magic of chemistry!
There is a low lying creek on my drive to work. I'm actually quite lucky - it's almost country like, I see deer and such... anyway, due to the blistering cold, the creek had frozen. Seeing from a distance, the texture and light of the ice is such a contrast with the stones and so on. I was feeling motivated to go take some shots, but after seeing the pipe set that Quirky took, I'm even more gung-ho on the light/dark contrast. So hopefully I can take 30 minutes tomorrow and head down with my good camera.
I found someone to sub for me on Sunday for my church/singing job. It's $50 I won't have, but I need the time alone to re-center and get to feeling 100% like ME again. This past week has been so very difficult to navigate and if I said anything rude/crude/kinda bitchy - either directed to any of you or just at The Universe - I apologize. That's just not how I normally am.
So I'm going to hang up the laptop here and start cleaning. I think I need to do some Sage Smudging too. I'll do that as my ritual cleaning after the REAL clean.
