Avoiding the scale and I've started knitting a scarf for Neil. Seems to be helping.
I'm rethinking a lot of my plans for next year. If I am going to go to art school, I don't really need to be taking all these college classes. I'm cutting back on them, focusing on getting a job and saving some money, then pushing the hopeful cross-Canada road trip to January.
Things are looking up.

I have relatives in Victoria, and in a few months I'll have other relatives in Vancouver. I think I'd like to see that area at some point, it's densely populated enough to be interesting but not as badly polluted as the GTA.
