I want to remind you of something simple but so important - your breath. It’s one of the most basic ways to shift your state, especially if you’re dealing with stress or anxiety 😌
Try this: take a slow, deep breath in... hold it... then slowly breathe out... and hold again. Repeat this cycle for at least five minutes ⏳
While you do it, bring your attention to the sensations how your chest rises, how the air fills your lungs, and how it gently flows out. Just observe. This little moment of presence can bring you back to yourself and ease the tension 💫
