Ah, my trip down to LA. Was a bit of an adventure. It had a few more low points than our first trip down, but we overcame them and everything is rather fine now.
One of the highlights of the trip was Bar Sinister on the 21st. Though I did make a wrong turn on the highway and we ended up being about 50 minutes late from the time we were supposed to be there, we were still able to set up our table and to promote the documentary and sell some stuff.
We had a set of 6 4x6 photos from documentary for sale as well as an 8.5x11 photo that was signed by the model. We had bookmarks to give away and bumper stickers to sell. I posted the bumper sticker images before, but here they are again.
We were selling them for $2 each or the set of 2 for $3. We made $4.
Another highlight of the trip was another photo shoot with my Assistant Director, Sasha. We shot outside of LACMA at night. We had some fun and the security guard actually chased away a group of bicyclists that had come toward the end of the shoot and was interfering with us a little. Alas, there was no nudity during this shoot. Here are a couple of examples.
The last highlight of the trip, was Disneyland, of course. Unfortunately I had forgotten to charge the battery in my point-and-shoot, so I have no pictures of that portion of the trip.
