So Friday night was pretty legit. Drove out to Lancaster's "The Crossing" and saw a few bands play. The line up was Carniflex, The Ghost Inside, Veils of Maya, Stick to Your Guns and saved the best for last...UNEARTH!. it was a pretty epic night, just a little tired of hearing the hardcore straight edge kids talk shit about the metal scene and its connections with sex, drugs and alcohol. Preaching about how being straightedge makes them a better peson them me. How any other genre's of music dont have the same meaning hidden inside there material and it's pretty much shit if its not hardcore and crying about they were abused as children, etc. I wanted to bust so many faces that night. I can't stand there "two step" Hardcore Dancing either. I just wanted to throw them all in the circle pit and watch them just stand in the center dazed and confused to whats going on. i'm not judgemental towards music, Everyone listen to music that reachs out to them and that they can relate too. regardless of the style or genre, it means the same to everyone. but I can't stand the people that are affilaited with the certian "scene".
Simple synopsis..
I can't stand people that think there better then everyone else, especially me.
