I am moving out in October and I am hearing all this shit about real estate agents. After owning my own home for 3 1/2 years, I'd much rather rent now.

I lived up in the hills around the corner from Puffing Billy. 1/2 acre block on a slope. EX was a lazy fuck so I did everything or nagged him till he did something. So over it. I know what you mean by security. That is what I will miss.
