So I made a New Years resolution to myself that I was going to be better to my body. I struggled hard over the past with depression and I was eating to fill a void in my life.

I got a divorce and that really took a toll on my soul. I had a daughter who seriously is my world. Every day is worth it just to see her smile. She is my everything, she is my mini me.

So the past 21 days Ive been working out and eating better. I also cut out a lot of booze. I love my wine. I never hide that but I made a promise to myself that you get ONE day a week for you. This one day you can eat any drink anything you heart desires because life is too short to give up the good stuff.

I did a shoot yesterday and I am proud to say I can see results. I've had a mommy tummy for almost two years and it's going away! Ive also squatted so freaking much I can finally see an ass on myself. I love my breasts but I always wanted a booty and I was jealous of you beautiful woman out there with apple bottoms.

This is just the first month of my road to redemption... but I am happy seeing the progress so far.

I leave to Maui again in March and it's my goal to feel comfortable in a bathing suit and do shoots all over the beautiful island
