Man this weeks been a gong show. So Saturday night we threw a party for a shoot. I provided booze and pot on my dime to fill up the scene. What really pissed me off was someone stole my stash.
I picked up an insane amount for this upcoming weekend for a 420 shoot. I am almost 100% that my brother in law and his girlfriend stole it. They ended up getting caught at the end of the party doing blow in his truck. After I watched both of them hound his twin sister for cash for "beer and gas". Cari was thankfully smart enough to catch on. They went missing for a very long time only to come back with drugs. My thoughts is they sold my stash to feed that fucking addiction.
You see a few months ago my Brother in Law lost his job, his baby momma and home. He moved back home with my inlaws only to be kicked out of there. When we found out why it blew my mind.
He was stealing cash to keep up with a cocaine addiction. He's been living on the streets and a few weeks ago we let him over for a visit so he could shower and do laundry.
Saturday he just randomly showed up. So right away I tell Doug he needs to do something because he can't be around booze. That is a number one trigger.
All I got back was my brother promised me hes been clean for weeks. I said that is exactly what addicts tell you.
I don't know if I ever told you SG'ers but I lost two friends from addiction and my best friend from high school just completed rehab for a 3rd time.
Dabbling in stuff is okay in my eyes when your doing it in moderation. I smoke marijuana every day because it actually helps manage pain and my sleeping disorder.
Before I blazed in my mid 20's I was in a serious car accident on the highway and twisted my spine and after a couple more sports accidents I have compressed disks from my generative disk disease.
The funny thing is I manage pain different then most people. I know when things are hurting but I don't freakout because I don't feel like others do. For me I feel it more like a warm feeling not throbbing and stabbing pain that others describe. Majority of pain medications don't work on me. Anytime I have to get frozen at the dentist I need all four quadrants frozen first before it works and even then I still feel the drill. I walk out every time frozen from my forehead to my chest.
When I tore my tendon off my finger and fractured my neck in dodgeball no one believed me until I lifted my hand showing my middle finger flipped the opposite way. I always do things with a calm face and say "I need to go to the hospital I am hurt"
Growing up my parents never believe me about injury. I went four days with a fractured arm in two places from falling rollerblading. I performed in theater back then and did four days straight of performances. It was only until my sister fell on me in bed and separated my bone did they go okay we need to go to the hospital.
I constantly fight for legalization because I truly believe in the power of the plant. Watching how many times it opened the eyes of the most anti-marijuana parents when it saved their child from the constant pain of seizures. Kids suffer from hundreds a week going to one or two? That's a miracle of a herb on this earth meant for us to consume.
I headed to the rockies yesterday to clear my head with these two babes. NecrOphelia as Thor and Rachel as Loki. We have the Calgary Comic Expo fast approaching so we doing some of our fav characters for the page.
Rachel is a good friend of mine and we are actually walking in the parade together with a handful of babes! I am going as Dr Doom so I told her we gotta walk side by side as two bad ass Marvel Villains.
@aurralee is coming down for this one! I cant wait to see her! I miss that babe so much! We live only 3 1/2 hours from each other but it feels like a MILLION miles. I cant wait for another weekend of shenanigans.
I went last week to get my leg measured for my ink! Its coming so fast! SQUEE! I am gonna try and do 8 - 9hrs for the first sitting. Ill be getting inked at the Expo on Sunday so if you see me say hello!!
