Here is a shot of the crowd from last night. I worked media for The Dudes, Doobie Brothers and Bryan Adams!!!!!!!!! It was 32 degrees out there and Hazzard was sweating balls (if only I had them). I put on sunscreen every half and hour and this ginger got NO SUNBURN BABY!
I had so much fun! I spent the end of the night drinking a couple twisted teas in the VIP section with half of the Calgary Flames. For a die hard NHL fan like myself this was pretty awesome! Some of them had such a good sense of humor I was laughing all night! I chatted with them about the team, music and then my website/company in Calgary. What shocked me was a few of them were fans of my work. It made me feel real good inside that they enjoy the art.
Here is the latest piece I did. CUT-THROAT COCKTAIL. Sara Rose is a Makeup Artist by trade and she made her own throat slit from latex. SO BLOODY AWESOME!
Behind her is my garden. Just part of it but boy am I proud of it! I love gardening! its a wonderful past time.
Well its back to the grind! I gotta get some editing done and out the door before I head back to the Stampede tomorrow. I am going to fan girl I know it! the bands I work for tomorrow are Our Lady Peace, Lifehouse and Rob Thomas. Talk about a TIME WARP!
