I can't believe its MAY!
I've been working super hard the past couple of months and the work has been paying off. I've been offered some pretty sweet jobs this summer including two album covers! YAYAYAAYAYA! One of the bands asked me for some insight on a set idea and I let my gore-tastic mind work.
Zivity had another killer contest on BEER IN THE SHOWER so you know my obsession with brewski's I could not pass up such a killer shoot idea! I used Lucky beer because so many people drink it in Calgary and we always joke about the cheap LUCKY LAGERS we consume. So this one is for you Lucky Fans out there!
This was taking in the courtyard outside of the Comic Convention in Calgary. Boy I look tired hahha! this was on Day 3 when my buddy Kida caught up with me out front snapping photos of the cosplayers of Calgary. Behind us in the hat is my husband who is talking to my model Sarah Moon who was Sailor Pluto and her bf who was Spyro. I am glad someone got a photo of me because its always me behind my lens.
I finally went back to my bright red! That day I wore my Black Milk Middle Earth Tights! The best part was I met Sean Astin and Billy Boyd that day. They both told me I am defiantly "Hazzardous" after seeing my work!
I got to interview Jed Brophy that weekend (hes Nori from the Hobbit). Which was another highlight! Next year I'm going to get a costume hand crafted so I can be one of a kind!
One of the sets I did on here that is in MR was for my team. This year I updated my photo with some of my shrine. Bellow the photo was even more jersey's and cards for my Red Wings. I wrote that poem for my SG Set and I figured its been years since I did anything red wings so I snapped this one for all you Red Wings Fans out there.
Still super sad Boston took out my team but hell we made it to the playoffs and crushed our record! Next year boys!
The playoffs have been INSANE! Montreal is blowing me away with their skill against the big bad Bruins!
