Tomorrow night my buddies from Saskatoon are in town to play good old Verns. You know that hole in the wall bar located at 622-8th Avenue SW??? Well it has been a while since yours truly was there so I am going down with the band to make it a shit show of a night!!!!
This is JOHNNY DON'T a group of rad rock n roll boys from Saskatoon. I hit up Sask a couple times of year to visit family, friends and get into shenanigans with guys like this. Johnny Don't sing about hilarious things like Blow Up Dolls, Dine in Dashes and is hands down one of the most entertaining groups around.
If you make it down to the show make sure you say hello to me :) I just recently went back to dark hair and I cut most of it off... It is now at my shoulders!!! I haven't had hair this short in AGES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have my boudoir marathon with clients in one week and I am so happy that one of the ladies wants to recreate Mystiques "Blood Bath". That was wayyyyyy too foxy! It was so funny because this past Halloween I think the lady at Party City thought I was crazy.
I purchased five huge jugs of blood then the shelf of smaller blood along with a blood that is mint flavored for your mouth. When I was at the til peoples faces were priceless. Then I proceeded to explain that I am a gore artist. I tried to order blood online the year before and sadly good old Canada does not let you purchase that online to import in.
I'm getting sick of these stupid rules in our Country. I can only imagine what they are gonna say when Hazzardous Material orders a dismembered body for sets. I found one that is so gruesome and realistic Border Canada is gonna loose their shit!
They held my lighting equipment for over a week and I can't believe the price I had to pay picking it up. I was charge $240 because they spent precious time investigating the "Hazzardous Material".
I wanted to share this image with you all. A few years ago I was a poster girl for the Calgary Stampede. This was shot by Matrix Films on the movie set they built in Calgary for Shanghai Noon.
They still use the set for films here and tv shows. That day was a blast!!! I was sent this image this week asking if I wanted a large metal print of it as a thank you. DAMN STRAIGHTS! I love this shot of myself!
Well I am off to head home, work my buns off before the boys in Johnny Don't arrive. Its gonna be like old times having a band in the house again.
