Holy MOLY! that was a shit show!
It took me two days to get my sleep back to normal from all those late nights. I seriously partied like a Rockstar down there. My suite was really nice! It had a full kitchen, balcony and living room so I had plenty of room to rip it up in.
Here's a teaser from my next Zivity Set. We photographed this one on our balcony. Dougie overexposed the images to make it more whimsical. It looked really bad ass with my black outfit that was all purchased in Sin City!
I was a part of a "commercial" that ended up being a fake sham. These ass hats who claimed to work for Ferrari asked me and my husband if we could act. I said yeah for sure! they told us what to say, what to do then at the end of everything they told me we might not make the cut. I seriously said to Doug there is no way we will make it. Those guys are looking for GQ men and Hustler Women.
Well low and behold they put us in. Bashing women as "GOLD DIGGERS". I am all up for social experiments and pranks but telling people what to say, what to do is called SCRIPTED ACTING! I find it insulting this group of "men" are trying to bash women. I love my hubby and I sure as hell would not leave him for a bunch of ass hats with a rental car!
We then released a couple of sweet sets for Halloween!
Nicole Lazuli rocked MS HYDE. Our female twist on the classic Monster. I adore this fox. Even in creepy scaly monster skin she still is super sexy. Khaotik Creations did another fantastic job on the makeup on this one.
Sissy and Sarah Moon came out with a duo set called "Carving Away at my Life". This one was a tale of two friends doing a traditional pumpkin carving. They get into a heated fight and Sissy murders Sarah Moon.
Carving Away had major haters! In two years on Facebook we have never had any flags. I've shot some really grotesque and dark stuff including a naked demon with upside down crosses in blood and no flags from that
Calgary is stiff competition for Photographers (everyone here believes they are one) and I truly believe its the haters who are flagging us. I really could give two shits because all the images are right up on Hazzardous Material. FB is just our teaser pages and the good stuff (non facebook friendly) are up on the site for everyone's viewing pleasure.
Instagram also emailed me about my work. They were seriously concerned for my well being and gave me a suicide prevention link. I just laughed that off and thanked them for the concerns. I am a gore artist, I love my job and I adore dark tales.
I picked up a wack of nerdy stuff for my next Zivity set. This weekend I am modeling more!!!! :D I cant seriously wait! I need to get all I can in before I get too old looking ;)
