So I've been working like a mad woman lately!. This weekend was a killer one. Talyn Stone came into town so we could shoot her for the band DIVINITY in one of their band shirts for their page. You gotta see what she did with the band shirt. HOT HOT HOT! so first she came with another model and did all the hair and makeup for her and the girl and then I shot them in merch for LUCKY FUCK clothing and that was fun! they were both blondes with crazy teased hair. Then after that shoot was finished the model left and then Talyn went to work on her hair and makeup for the second shoot. I took a break and enjoyed a beer while she got ready. Then all of a sudden she walks into my living room with MONSTER sized heels and a hot pink/purple hawk. I said holy jesus! you went from blonde to that!? I can't believe her talent with makeup and hair. I'll post a couple of the images after editing because they were awesome!

Tonight I've got Vespia Noir coming over to model for the poster for my Hazz Mat Party this July. I'm so pumped because we are shooting her with a very expensive custom guitar with skulls all over it. Its so beautiful.

So I am pretty pissed off today. My Babe of the Week quit today when we were suppose to showcase her set this week on Hazzardous Material. I always get them to my models the week before they go live and then they ok my teaser poster for the Monday before. My model loved the set. Then today I go to upload the posters and she informs me she can no longer model for my site. This is after she was paid for her time, photos were given and I paid for elaborate makeup on her. She played a butterfly so we got her eyes done up with expensive lashes and I was really looking forward to this set. I feel like I was totally scamed in this and she just wanted a free Hazzardous Material set. I told her she needs to pay me back for the modeling time and what I had to pay to get her hair and makeup done. I make good enough money to be able to provide these services for my models but quitting after your first set is just wrong.

So then I had a friend make a "dig" at me for not attending something this weekend. I don't even feel like I should say friend anymore. First she had her baby shower the other weekend and I got a phone call the week before for the invite. I was shocked because this is her second child. It is considered bad taste to have a shower for your second child because you are expected to save everything from your first. I said I have a newborn session and I will try and make it but no guarentees. I still sent a gift just in case. So I never made it because kids usually take a while to shoot. Then this weekend we got the hockey sched Friday night before the tournament Sat.. sure enough... it was while I was shooting. Worst part was the family never showed up to the session. I got a deposit but it was kind of a piss off to set up everything at the studio for this family session then I sat there and nothing. Then I had to take everything down to bring to my house for the shoots with Talyn and the other model. This is totally why it is important to collect a deposit. One lady today sent me a scathing email because she took a week to get back to me about a date and time then said okay we are ready to book. How do I pay!? Even though I explained it a week ago. So the funny thing was the date and time she selected was booked on Friday from another family. So I said does any other dates or times work!? and if not I can refer you to another photographer here. She went off her rocker about how I never held that date because I knew that was when she wanted. I said listen.. I am a first come first serve basis! deposits confirm your appointment and hold it.

So now I must edit like a mad women to get out the babe of the week this week. Not impressed. I like to have the sets edited a week before so I feel like I don't rush them
