Never did any of the blog homework things before, so what the hell. So @rambo and @missy , hope you two enjoy.
So now that I'm Emperor of the world, feel free to kneel and pay tribute, I suppose those first three laws would have to be the most important. They'll have to make the most profound changes and help the people the most. So, let's see what I can do.
1. Full medical care for everyone. People should be prioritized over money, always. I don't care if your medical bills would be through the roof, you deserve treatment. I honestly don't think that medicine should be a business because companies then prioritize monetary gain over caring for others, and that is not how a just and caring society should behave.
2. Creation of a salary cap, or maximum wage. We see this in US sports, star players can't be payed over a certain limit that way the other players can still receive a fair wage. By limiting how much business and industry leaders can make it should, should being the key word here, encourage these individuals to pay better wages to their employees.
3. Establishment of a powerful education department. This department would be responsible not just for educating the people, but also for pushing research and development of new sciences. The department would also help with establishing healthy habits with all children in regards to healthy eating and exercising. Further, it would also be tasked with pushing the ideals of an ideology that shows no tolerance for discrimination against gender, sexual orientation, race, religion or other categories that ought be similarly protected.
Now before you go all crazy saying that these beliefs sound like the ideals of a particular political party, keep in mind that this does not encompass all of my beliefs, just what I think should be put as a priority upon the establishment of my global rule. These three laws would be an excellent start towards the establishment of this hypothetical government, but only just a start.
