Elemental Enchantress: The Chapter One Summon Scene Excerpt #1 + a NaNo Update! ☪❤

Hey hey, SGland!
How are we doing this fine day?!
I am here to give a little bit of an update after nearing the end of week one of tackling NaNoWriMo 2021 this year, and so I thought I would share what my plans/goals are for November, as well as log how writing has affected me.
Get ready for a month of excerpts!
Because…guess what?!
I will be publishing at least two excerpts with updates at least twice a week for the duration of NaNo. I also will be doing little life blogs too so you can really have an inside look/get to know me as a person.
I genuinely try to respond to everyone that reaches out or comments, as I especially appreciate all the kind words I have been receiving. ❤
Today marked the start of day one of NaNo which, for most means that they will tackle writing 50k words for a novel first draft in thirty days. But, I, on the other hand, am insane so I am doubling my goal as a newbie!
Day One, I succeeded with a total of 3,405 WC.
Day Two, I did not quite succeed at 1,711 WC.
Day Three, I hit 2,649 WC.
Day Four, I hit 3,027 WC
Today, so far I have hit about 2,400 WC, + the 1,450 ish WC this blog is, though I don't include anything outside my WIP to be included in my daily NaNo WC! I am aiming for 5,000 WC today, so that is what I will do--write my soul away until 5 k xD
That isn’t even counting the writings I attempted for my blogs.
I think I am… burnt out? I honestly font know. What I do know, is that being on the brink of the end of the most severely fucked up 3-month depressive episode, proceeded by a 6 Month manic episode due to my Bipolar Disorder, is a fucking lot to handle.
But, I am making it work, as usual.
When you suffer from over a dozen mental illnesses, you NEED to be able to look at the positives, if any at all. If you do not do that, that is when things get bad, trust me.
I actually started writing this post the other day and completely spaced finishing it.. Oops haha. 😂🤷 oh well, it is bound to happen, especially considering I am trying to maintain not only my usual two blogs both on here/Medium but aiming for over 100,000 words for my novel this month, which.. Drumroll, please…
I HAVE NEWS ABOUT IT!! + an excerpt. :)
I ended up re-starting earlier this week, to re-write from start to finish, my official manuscript draft one— and I could not fucking be happier with how it is changing and coming along!! :D
But, that is not my news about my wild new idea for what type of novel this is going to become.
Elemental Enchantress is going to be, a visual/interactive adult novel, with several chapters ending with the choice of the reader, to choose how the story will end!! I have now more than tripled my original amount of chapters, and have written over 20,000 words so far out of my 100,000 WC goal!
That's over 1/5 of the way complete, that is fucking nuts to me. I cannot wait to see where my story takes me and takes my readers too!!
Oh, and of course my blogs, with excerpts would not be complete without a hand-picked photoshoot photo that I must say, I almost forgot was taken— and is now my fucking favorite one! 😍😁💕
I hope you can enjoy what I wrote for this scene, and I hope all of you are as excited as I am to be able to read an interactive adult novel that I cannot even believe I am writing, honestly!
I hope everyone has a dope ass Friday, and I will try to throw in an extra blog over the weekend if my hands can manage, carpal tunnel is rough haha.

Elemental Enchantress, Chapter One: The Summoning Scene Excerpt #1

“As Ashley grabs her book of shadows, she flips through it to try and find a luck summoning ritual, to summon the demon of chaos and make a deal.

This ritual had a large price, on top of it being top-tier demonic magic that is forbidden by The Eluminasi. But, Ashley did not care, she knew what she wanted today, so tomorrow was completely irrelevant, in her mind.

“So, this is the luck spell? Fuck it, let's fucking go!!” Ashley proclaimed.

“Luckesius Abadon”

Blood

Infant skull—torched

Circle of protection

Amethyst

Rock quartz

Rose quartz

Obsidian

The intent for the result of this spell

10% mental stability

Soul Extraction

“Alright, let's do this,” Ashley said excitedly.

She had everything on hand, and despite her lack of self-confidence, she had enough energy to share with the whole luciferse and have some remaining which clouded her judgment.

Ashley did not typically act so reckless, but as of late she had become less and less caring and attentive to consequences, with a laser focus on HER own goals only.

It was as if one day, a switch had flipped inside Ashley upon her turning into a split form half-blood from being a half-blooded pyra.

Ashley began the summoning ritual, and right as she began to set her intent, she misspelled a key intent word— resulting in unknown consequences to Ashley's knowledge.

Ashley repeated her intention chant repeatedly as she completed the ritual for the summoning of the demon of chaos, Abadon, to appear before her now.

This was not the first time Ashley had broken the magical laws in the Restrict District, though it was her first time doing a summon as she never desired to do so prior.

Abadon appeared in the darkest, furthest back corner of the room as a woman and a very attractive one at that.

“Abadon?” Ashley asked without conscious hesitation.

“Yes beautiful child. What may I do for your desires?” Abadon replied, questioning Ashley with fluent charming undertones in the pitch of her voice, smiling.

Ashley could only see an outline of Abadon, and her pitch-black, blacked-out eyes without any white in sight—yet they glowed a red aura.

“I uh—“ Ashley stuttered as Abadon began to walk closer, her body becoming more and more clear to Ashley that this was a sex chaos demon— she could tell by the size of her busty chest, and hourglass figure.

She was beautiful, nearly irresistible as Ashley thought internally.

“I require some luck on my side, please,” Ashley told Abadon slightly nervously.

“Luck in which form, darling?” Abadon’s charisma glowed like her aura, as she approached Ashley.

“I am late for work, and I can’t miss my first day—I’ll totally lose it and my job..” Ashley admitted, sadly.

“I may rewind the time for you, dear.” Abadon agreed.

“Really? It’s that easy?!” Ashley exclaimed.

“Of course. All that is left is for me to remove 10% of your mental stability.” Abadon smirked, knowing this would wreck Ashley, and she had no clue what was about to occur due to her failed summon.

“That’s all..?” Ashley questioned hesitantly, thinking she forgot a key ingredient for completion of the luck ritual.

“Haha, yes. Outside of your soul, of course, and since I am a sex chaos demon, not just any ordinary chaos demon, I require more than the usual to seal this deal.” Abadon’s facial expression transitioned from a slight smirk to a full-on grin.

"You did it now. Good fucking job. Now you won’t have a fucking soul all for what? Some supposed luck? Desperate are we? Slut.”

Ashley proceeded to ignore her intrusive thoughts from within, activating a sort of silent treatment. She proceeded to spread her arms wide as an eagle’s wings, just before responding to Abadon requiring her soul to be extracted.”
