My mom has some kind of absorption disorder. She eats a lot and her body gets nothing from it. At least once a month she has to do blood work to make sure her medication and vitamins are doing what they're supposed to be doing.
She just called me to tell me she got off the phone with the technician that did her blood work. ...and she's checking into the hospital first thing in the morning. She needs a blood transfusion. She told me it's not a big deal but...idk. That really... scares me. I'm not ready for anything to happen to my mom. idk.
