Trans fat.
Every one is advertising, '0 Trans Fat!!!'
Pizza has 0 trans fat. Fucking KFC has 0 trans fat.
Ya know what DOES have trans fat???
I will tell you.
I never look for trans fat anymore. I'm on a diet and I'm obsessive compulsive so I cut out Nutrition information and keep it. At the end of every day I add up all my calories and fat, blah blah blah.
So tonight, after work, I starting adding things up.
THERE. Trans fat. In my SALAD.
Salad. SALAD. SALAD!!!!
Just when you thought you were safe eating spinach with a few pieces of chicken.

Okay, now that I got that out of my system. =( I'm really sad. lol I ate trans fat. Wah.
