On another note, this dude I dogsat for owes me for a week of dogsitting from like TWO WEEKS AGO. I often let him pay me in trees, but he's still not moving his ass. I don't know what to do. I can't make him pay me. I have no collateral, he already has his dog...I'm out of trees and I can't afford to buy some...UGH

And you're right, it does actually take effort to be that much of a dick. Someday he will get a wake up call. Is his girlfriend as much of an idiot as he is? If she's not, or even if she is, someday she's going to wake up and realize that she's living with a complete ass who treats people (probably her included) like trash. And then maybe she will leave him, and with leaving him she will give him the biggest reality check ever. "How do you like paying bills now, dickhead!" Sorry.. now I'm starting to rant because people like this really piss me off!
Eventually he will either pay up or you will get sick of trying to get him to pay up.... he's hoping you'll eventually give up, I'm sure. Like I said, I know his type. You should have Dave go rough him up, if Dave's still there. Or something. Or you could take him on Judge Judy (minus the payment in trees part of course...haha) Anyway, it's not right. And it sucks because like you said you rely on these side jobs to pay your bills. So I'm sorry this guy is a dick. And fuck him for making up all these things about his dog's crate being messed up and you not feeding his dog. He's such an ass. I wish I could smack him. Seriously.
