Well, I got some good news last night. The kid who was trying to sue me for selling him my old car which he says is junk messed up. He filed it in the wrong town so the Judge called me and told me not to come since he was throwing it out. Good news for me. Bad news for him.
Quick overview of the whole thing. I sell a car that is 10 years old and has 200,000 miles on it to a kid. He breaks it a month later. He tries to sue me even though the bill of sale says "As is" on it. He files the suit in the wrong town. The judge throws it out. The kid already wasted $15 for the filing fee and whatever lawyer fees were since the judge was unable to reach him before they showed up to court.
Anyways, I am happy he is getting hurt worse by trying to sue. I was amazingly honest about everything I knew about the car, but to a kid who lives in the richest area of the city I guess that doesn't matter...
In other news I am still sick. No idea when I am supposed to feel better but I hope soon. My friends wedding is this weekend!
