Well, I recently noticed something about my daily life that I hadn't before.
I usually carry a pretty good supply of over the counter meds around in case I feel sick or something. Basically I like to be prepared. Sadly making them available to me all the time also caused a small problem I didn't noticed till Monday. I take some of them every day, and have for probably the last 3 years...
So, I basically started my week of drop all the over the counter meds I am on to try to get them all out of me. The one I was worried the most about is Sudafed. I guess the what's in it can be addictive.

i think i'm done for awhile there. lot of hate coming my direction for whatever reason. we all need to plan a get together. instead of being "that forum" themed, it could just be "the few cool people from there" themed.
