So since I haven't really written many blogs since joining the site/becoming a hopeful, I decided I would use some of the old homework topics to help me get into the groove. I'm hardly much of a writer but I have to at least try!
I'm gonna start with: 10 Random Facts About Me !
1. I am a crazy cat lady. I'm hardly exaggerating. At my parents house I have four not so little fur babies, every person I've dated has had a cat, I take more pictures of cats than of myself and my current roomates have two cats.
2. I'm a natural blonde. I never thought I'd change the colour of my hair. I watched the entire series of How I Met Your Mother this summer and I was inspired by Lily's hair in the first season. So now I'm a redhead and I'm kinda in love with my hair.
3. I'm a total stoner. I smoke weed every day and I have a bunch of fun things in which to smoke it from. I guess I'm a chronic, lol. I totally can relate to the "you know you're a stoner when" thread.
4. I've been to New York City 3 times and it's one of my favourite cities. The first two times I went there were both for dance competitions. Third time was to see Bill Nye and to do a photoshoot just outside of the downtown. I fell in love with that city after the first time and I will probably go back many more times.
5. I'm obsessed with Nancy Drew. I own almost every book (original series) and every one of the PC games. I wait patiently for the two releases a year and then I do nothing but play the game for two days until it's beat. I don't mess around lol.
6. My favourite tv series of all time will forever be Charmed.Who doesn't like 3 badass witches fighting off demons and warlocks? I also own all 9 seasons on dvd.
7. I work at a really neat shop in my town. My interest in healing/semi-precious stones has really grown and working in this store has only increased that interest. I also have a huge interest in alternative medicine.
8. I love my bum. I probably take too many pictures of it lol.
9. My favourite band is Black Rebel Motorcycle Club. Enough said. Go check them out!
10. I love board games! I have a pretty rad collection. I'm working my way towards having a big games box. It's so fun to pour a drink, roll a joint and play a game or two with friends. I know I'm gonna have a good collection of them soon.
So now you all know a few random things about me. I'm a weirdo with few friends and barely a clue about what to do with my life but right now I'm just trying to get through the stages of accepting adulthood. It's a work in progress.
