I am really enjoying the tralier for the reboot! The actress playing Jay's daughter is actually Kevin Smith's (Silent Bob's) daughter, Harley Quinn Smith. And for those who don't know Kevin wrote and directed the original and the reboot!
A few years ago a massive heart attack almost killed Kevin, with his doctors encouragement and his already vegan daughter rooting him on; he eliminated all animal products from his diet. He lost a lot of weight, and almost all the cholesterol he had built up over the years.
I also just find it inspiring how open he is about the things he loves, that he let anything stand in his way of making a living doing what he loves, and that he has helped out some of his closest friends along away.

I died laughing on the episode in which Kevin proudly announced he's crush on Chris Hemsworth and that Chris is # 3, on Kevin's 5 free passes list (people you'd sleep with once with your spouses okay). It's that kind of pure, unapologetic personality that attracts me to certain people and their projects.
