Long fucking day at work after being "off" for a week (even though I was away for trainings) - after two hours being back at my desk, the stupidity that runs rampant in that office had me reeling and being under siege by headaches all day, accompanied by the notion of kicking someone square in their sexual organs..gotta love the corporate world eh? But alas - no better way to de-stress than to go to the gym, then come home, shower, cook a bang up dinner and then end the evening with a ton of Magners...finally relaxed and enjoying the rest of the evening
