Cold turkey is the best way, that's how I did it! Imagine the money you are saving already! It's gets easier, but you get the craving, though it's more craving of the habit like after a delicious meal, smoking a cigarette feels good some reason, but I just replace that by smoking a joint or bowl or bong rip after a good meal!!

I spent last night watching the first season of it's always sunny in Philadelphia. My ribs are still sore from laughing so hard. I wish my friend had introduced me to it sooner. It's the shit.
