WEDROCK last night.
Heard Le Tigre do some of my favorite songs, but couldn't watch becuase I was upstairs taking tickets. BUT. I got to see Slater-Kinney do a cover of "Fortunate Son." That rocked.

Keeping things lighthearted today, and so I am starting a poem based solely on the subject lines of junk emails I get. Please feel free to add.

I must now got put on a black turtleneck.

I only want the GOOD subject lines, not the basic ones.


Also, I've been getting friend requests from people I have never heard from before. If you want to do the friend thing, at least leave some couple comments in my journal. Sorry to be a dick about it, but sketchiness abounds on a site dedicated to naked chicks.

(grin) I do concur with the fate statement. I also think it is often overused, and abused really. While I do believe things happen for a reason, fate should not be used as a scapegoat for irresponsible attitudes and behaviors of ourselves and others. This is one of those conversations at 3am over a bottle of wine, and lovely friends. wink Those moments when you can solve all the issues on the planet.
