someone said the cheesiest thing to me today. he was a man sitting on the sidewalk downtown, and as i walked past him he said "can you spare a smile?" i sort of turned back and gave him a bit of a smile.
today was a good day. hung out by myself downtown. sat in a coffee shop for a couple hours writing and drinking coffee. i sufficiently overanalyzed myself (or perhaps i should say myselves) in my writing. then as i was getting on the bus to go home, i ran into a guy i met a while back, last march i think, and ended up spontaneously hanging out with him.
got home. hung out with the roommates. we watched fight club, then lie down with dogs, then aeon flux. i was ready to go to bed, but then i checked my email and it made me think so i am still awake.
i really hope i'm not hearing what i think i'm hearing through my wall...

i dressed in drag for the pimps and ho's fourth of july party that my roommate and i had. apparently i was hot as a guy?? so i'm thinking about chopping my hair off again so that i can do it more often. plus, androgyny is awesome, and i pull it off quite well when my hair is short.
