So i'm waiting for rain.

Lots of change these days. Switching shifts at work, which should give me half again my current income, but will probably be about 3 times more stressful; moving in about a month; trying to learn to skateboard; thinking about switching majors to nursing.

And rain should be coming soon.

By the way, i'm not sure i agree on the whole unrequited love thing. Love isn't something that happens; it's something that's done. It's action. So hypothetically some girl says she doesn't want to go out with you right now. Is that it? Other fish in the ocean? Move along, Buddy? Perhaps. But, hypothetically, let's say this is the most amazing woman on the planet. What can a fellow do in that case? I think that ought to be appreciated. Chivalry, you know. Honoring a woman out of sheer awe and respect, not because you think you'll Get Some Someday. Though it is a delicate balance between being appreciative and annoying.

In any case, i'm determined to fight tooth and nail. She doesn't seem to object, at least.

Besides....rain is on its way.
