When the revolution comes, the person the who came up with the idea of "playing it cool" will be first against the wall. I think I may have mentioned my distaste for this concept before. First of all I can't do it, second of all I can't cope with girls who do. I mean... come on... play fair.
On the whole this has been a fairly unproductive day. I got up, watched the OC (excelent episode) and have done very little else since. But this weekend as a whole I handed in my (finished) term paper, sent in the application for the summer project and accepted a PhD offer. Not too shoddy. Next week brings the revision. And the three day trip home. I probably won't update so much during that time, what with it being my parents PC and all...

I have this uncanny knack of remaining sober when the rest of the room is falling over drunk, although Anaphalaxis reckons this is cos I take an hour to drink one whisky. Personally I think he's just jealous.

Poirot's stories are certainly much easier to solve when you see them on screen. The books are always much more mystifying but that is probably what makes Agatha Christie so good.
