Wow! My story of finding feathers is nothing compared to this. But this is amazing to read. You have that one thing. In life. That thing that will always help you out when you need it. Seems you found it. Found your guidance when shit is tough. When your about to break down and then out of no where BOOM there it is. For me it's a song. It's the song my mom had played almost on repeat at my dads funeral. After he passed I was 16 I'll tell u I was so angry so angry at him leaving angry at my mom angry at everything and everyone. I would pick fights just to fight. At the time I liked it. As I got older I started going out drinking and well was into whiskey. Made me aggressive. Plus liked to fight so didn't make for a good combo. "Arms of an angel" by Sarah McLaughlin that fn song comes on all the time in some of my darkest hrs randomely it's crazy like my pops is telling me to calm down or relax
