You guys....I did it.

Today marks exactly 1 year since I quit smoking after a 27-year addiction 💚 I'm so fucking proud I've come this far, & my well being & mental health has improved ten fold since I made the decision to stop. Don't be consumed by things that don't enrich your life. Lifting the screen was an incredibly difficult journey, but seeing clearly is so completely worth it. Mary Jane will always have a place in my heart & I love growing, so it's not forever goodbye. There's a time and a place for everything 🌀
